Order processing
- Orders received by 2 pm on a working day are shipped the same day.
- All orders ship from our warehouse in Germany.
- Delivery within Germany takes 1 to 2 working days, to other EU countries 3 to 7 working days.
- We ship to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom with FedEx, with customs duties and import VAT already included. Delivery usually takes around 7 working days.
- During sales and on public holidays, shipping may take 1 to 2 working days longer.
- Once your order has shipped, you receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
Customers outside Europe
If you are in the USA or Canada, please order directly from the Zoot US store at zootsports.com.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly, so changes are usually no longer possible. Please contact us as early as you can and we will try.
I entered the wrong shipping address.
We deliver to the address given in the order. Once the parcel is on its way, the address can no longer be changed. Get in touch and we will work out the next steps with you.
My parcel has not arrived.
First check with your neighbours and look at the tracking. If the parcel has still not arrived 3 to 5 working days after the shown delivery date, email us at info@tailwind-brands.de and we will take care of it.
