Men's cycling jerseys for the road and for gravel: the LTD Cycle Aero Jersey in many designs, the Elite aero jerseys with a zipped security pocket, Sun Stop long-sleeve jerseys for strong sun and thermal jerseys for autumn and winter. This page compares the LTD and Elite aero jerseys, shows which thermal jersey suits cold rides and what to wear on gravel, and helps you find your size.
LTD or Elite: which aero jersey?
Both are made from Italian Aeromax fabric with a close, aerodynamic cut. The differences are in the details.

Jerseys for gravel
- Recon Cycle Jersey: three rear pockets, two side pockets and a zipped pocket, a mesh back and reflective trim. Built for long days when you carry everything yourself.
- Recon Cycle Dirt Shirt: a lightweight top in Chillout fabric with a cooling xylitol print, mesh sides, a dropped tail for extra coverage and UPF 50+.
Shorts and more for mixed terrain are in our gravel clothing.
Finding your size
- Zoot jerseys are cut race fit, close to the body. If you are between two sizes or want a less compressive feel, choose the next size up.
- Check the fit on the bike: the jersey should lie flat across your chest and shoulders without creasing, and the sleeves should not ride up.
- If the jersey rides up at the back or the loaded pockets bounce, it is too big.
FAQ
Should a men's cycling jersey be tight?
Close, but not restrictive. Loose fabric flaps in the wind and the pockets bounce. You should still be able to breathe deeply and reach the handlebars without the jersey pulling across your back.
Which jersey for autumn rides?
On cool days, a long-sleeve jersey or a short-sleeve jersey with arm warmers is enough. When it gets properly cold, choose a thermal jersey. The Elite Hallocore Thermal Jersey also keeps out wind and light rain.
What is the difference between the Sun Stop and the Elite long-sleeve jersey?
The Sun Stop is made for heat: an ultra-light knit with UPF 50+ and a cooling xylitol interior. The Elite Longsleeve Aero Jersey uses Aeromax fabric with UPF 35+ and a zipped security pocket, and suits cool mornings as well as sunny days.
