FIT TIPS

• Wetsuits should feel snug on land, they’ll loosen slightly once in the water
• Neoprene stretches as it warms up, so expect a more comfortable fit during your swim
• If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a performance fit
• Your suit should feel snug, but it should never restrict breathing or shoulder movement in the water. If it does, size up
• It’s normal to need help with the zipper — that’s a sign of a performance fit
• Use the pads of your fingers, not nails, to avoid damaging the neoprene
